On the day  of the class this host makes an FB post about the previous session. It often shows the reference pic and the drawings everyone does. It's in zoom so it's just a screen shot of everyone around the screen holding up their work  each time. It gives you an idea if you want to do it. There is no instruction. The 'poses' are timed. The sessions are free.  But you have to ask for the invite/link.
