How to annotate pics in iPhone iOS 10.3
The edits seem to be split between a few apps.
Crop resize I think can be done right from photos edit.
Mark up w text and drawing is in email. (On messages too?)
Write text, change fonts And text size too. Also color of text.
In this case I had to resend the pic just to get it to annotate.
In notes here I can also start a drawing.
